Desk Calendars

Our Desk Calendars consist of 13 Full Colour Double Sided Sheets printed on 150gm Semi Gloss Paper. They are Wire-o-bound to a stiff card core which is creased to allow for flat transport.

We offer a choice of two sizes. Landscape (210mm x 99mm) or Square (210mm x 210mm). Calendars have a front cover and twelve Calendar leaves. The reverse of each leaf can be the same promotional message with your logo or you can use them to create twelve different messages about your business or products.

Calendars are available produced using Digital, Litho or Smile technology. Please click on the links opposite to find information about how to order your calendars using whichever of these technologies you prefer.

If you would like your Desk Calendars printed using Smile you can create your own design from scratch using our templates to ensure your artwork will match our print requirements. It is also possible to add variable text to your Digital Cards. Simply provide the Data in Microsft Excel using the header names available here. Please clearly state where you would like your variable text added*.

Please leave an aperture in your Artwork for the Smile Images you would like us to use. Choose your Smile image from our extensive collection which can be found here. Please detail the number of the images you would like in the apertures you have left in your artwork.

Please provide the Data for your Desk Calendars in Microsoft Excel using the header names available here.

Alternatively you may prefer to use one of our Standard Designs. This is very easy to do please just follow this step by step guide.

Step 1 Click here to see our range of Standard Calendar Designs. Choose the one you would like and record the number in your order instructions. If you would like text or a logo to be added to the Design please state your requirements clearly*.

* Please send your logo in Digital Format. There may be an additional charge for adding logos. Any extra charge will be agreed at the time of order.

Step 2 Click here to see our range of Smile Images. Please choose the twelve Smile images you would like and record the numbers in your order instructions.

Step 3 After you place your order we will provide a PDF proof for you to approve prior to us proceeding to print. Our turnaround will start as soon as we receive approval of your design.
